Plant vs Zombies 2 Progress Erased

Hi, my name is Mauro, I wanted to tell you that I have a problem with Plant vs Zombies 2 on android, the thing is that all my progress was erased like to 1 minute to another, I was playing then close...

    @SanStraiks If you started a new game there is a chance that you saved over you existing data.

    Oh no, I mean that I started a new game but only when my other savedgames where erased.
