Plant vs. Zombies 2 Reset

I went to play Plants vs. Zombies 2 a few days ago, and I had to play through the opening sequence again. I don't have any of my plants, coins, or diamonds. I was in silver league in the arena. I have been playing this game since it came out. My username is Black Joker or bjoker46. I need assistance to recover my account.

How do you reach out to support? There is only the AI chatbot "Ask EA Help".
If I cannot have my profile restored, how do I get a refund for all the plants that I purchased?
