Yup, Google playstore is broken until Google fixes it, it can't be relied upon to save Android user gamedata as it normally does.
This leaves EA HELP as the only Android backup.
Bet that makes you happy.
EDIT: The game is playing as normal on my phone, but if i was silly enough to try updating, clearing data or reinstalling i would be in the poopcap 💩.
@MAGICDAVESHROOM I use apple devices, however my note 4 is tied to it also and I uninstalled because google was saying services missing, reinstalled but nope won't link my profile backup :/ good news is I can still play on my iPad, iPhone 8Plus and iPhoneX, I hope they get this fixed! I'm doing a reset now and a restore of my android note 4 as we speak hoping to fix it!
