Plants vs Zombies 2 availability in Hong Kong

I used HTC One and Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4.

I cannot find Plants vs Zombies 2 in the Google Play store using both devices.

I looked up in the Google Play in PC browser and it says it cannot be installed in my devices' country, and I've always used my phone/tablets in Hong Kong.

Is it true that Plants vs Zombies are not available in Hong Kong? Isn't it released worldwide already? Thanks.

    Has anyone resolved this issue? I'm trying to download this from the HK store as well.
