Plants vs Zombies 2 Bug: lily pad not recognised as a place to plant

I tried to report this bug, but the “report a bug” option on this website’s contact form doesn’t actually give me any opportunity to write some free text to report the bug. Here are the bug details: ...

    Are you sure you didn't reach the limit of 16 plants? In this level you are only allowed to have 16 plants. Once you reach this limit it looks like you can't plant on Lily Pad anymore...but the reason you can't plant is because you reached the limit. Here a video: https://streamable.com/v5m6ej
