I'm having an issue receiving coins and gems through free ads and since I got a new phone it doesn't seem to give me any anymore, I need coins to finish the game, I am currently running version 6.2.1 ...

There seems to be many versions 6.2.1, the earlier is a:6.2.1 and the current one I have on my phone is d:6.2.1.
This information can be checked from the Download Preferences page.
I would advice to contact EA support for help as there might still be bugs on the update/install.
