plants vs zombies 2 gems

Hi, I have a problem. I had 350 gems y After I bought the new plant(guayalava=129 gems) my balance is 137 gems. what happened?
please help me ☹️

Same thing happened to me! I had about 200 gems; bought the new Lava Guava, and now I have 0 gems!!!

I'm in the same boat as the two of you. This morning I bought the Lava Guava, bringing my gems down from 200-something to 92. The next time I logged in, after doing the Pinata Party (In which I actually won Lava Guava's costume), I noticed that my gems had dropped to 0. I hope something can be done about this problem.

I also lost gems. Had over 200, bought the Lava Guava and now only have 11. Please fix this.
