Plants vs Zombies 2 Google play games button missing

I found out a way to sign in without messing with the pvz files. When I opened pvz2, I noticed that the cloud button would appear there for a split second. What you need to do is open the game. Once it starts loading, keep pressing the bottom left corner rapidly. Eventually, it will show the home screen and the cloud button will pop up there and you should be able to click it. I've tried this with 2 different devices and both worked.

hi i have the exaque same problume and i am connected to internet and ther arent the add things and the iccone. i will be soon aving a phone insted of a tablette and i am far in the game.

I was so worried about this, i lost 3 premium plant because of this, and the same problem happens to me.

Same Problem here. I could hit the cloud button but was unable to sync my game stats. Quite annoying and frustrating. I have a Lenovo tablet, btw.

This workaround did not work for me. It was probably disabled in later versions.

After entering e-mail address I get "Registration Error" - "Failed to register. Try again later." every time, and it only happens if I have entered a too low age. (I have re-installed a couple of times on another device for testing and entered different ages)
