plants vs Zombies 2 ipad!!!!!

Like a lot of other players PvsZ2 has stopped working on my ipad. Just gets stuck on the green loading bar. With the last ios update it has started working for me again, after I deleted it and reinstalled. However i have lost all my progress and had to start over. I cannot restore my purchases! And for some bizzare reason the game is in low res, the graphics look soft and blurry....? When is this going to be fixed? I have spent money on this game, either fix it or refund me!
