Plants Vs. Zombies 2 Progress Lost

As the title says, I had all of my progress lost. My progress goes back to I would say over a decade and it is all gone. I logged into a EA account on my old phone and my new phone an attempt to transfer the progress to the new phone and I clicked “Force Sync Player Data” on the old phone but it deleted all my data and replaced it with the PvZ2 data from the new phone (which is fresh and has nothing on it). How can I recover my progress? I have my player ID.
