Game did not start for 3 days, then I deleted and now I can't download again.

Please force close the app and restart it several times as it sometimes helps. Please also double-check that you are not logged into an alternative account.
If the issue persists after that, you will need to contact the support team directly so they can have a look at your accounts.
To to so, simply fill out this form and select Technical support / Game progress issues.
Please include in your message the Player ID that you will find in the main menu: Go to settings then tap on "Build Version" and you will see your player ID.
- The game doesnt pass the opening screen.
I cant access the player ID- The game freezes in the opening screen (see the pic).
In 5 days i could play like 20min at once then the game stop it again. And i lost all my cards and ranks...Hi @S4cr4m3nt0,
Go to your Facebook account and look under Settings > Apps and click on the PvZ Heroes icon. At the bottom you'll find your User ID.
