I didn't knew about that i.d. number thing, and I believe I did had the "pvz2 google account". I believe my account is attached to my email, which is attached to google play account, not sure. At least this is how I share my profiles between phone and tablet.
Again, because of that "force sync player data" button, is seem to be reason why my profile is also gone from tablet.
Can you please do an experiement for me? Try to uninstall and reinstall game (or just delete pp.dat file from your folder), then before sync with your google account, try create new profile, delete that profile, and before you get your profiles back, click on cloud and click "force sync player data" button. PLEASE tell ne if it did nothing to you, or it saved your current freshly made profile, while the rest are gone. This would provide important information for me, and I bet many other users too.
The new EA registration system won't allow the creation of any new profiles.
If you reinstall a new profile and player id number comes up with a new profile.
I have just did as yoou suggested, reinstalled then tapped on the cloud and nothing happened so i tapped on the white gamepad and synced with my Google play account.
The new registration system senses an identity conflict so gives the player a choice of selecting their old identity with their current profiles or the new identity with a new profile so any more new profiles are not created

yeah the tech support restored my account, thanks! Appears it's because of the cloud button thing.

I choose my account but it don't want to work i register before but still i try to do it on another account and it's work even i didn't register i have the the code of build version i really want help because thats 5 or 6 times i lost accounts and i don't want lost it
