Please help to recover my old account! The new account has replaced it!💔

I updated the game and then the System went to the new account Automatically. but I accidentally pressed the wrong button. Now, the new account has overwritten the progress of my old account.

I'm really upset because I can't find the progress of my old account that I've played for five years. If it can't be restored, I might have to quit the game💔

Could someone give me a help?please!

If you have selected to start a fresh account at the Identity Conflict screen, then there your old account is overwritten.
If you have your original player ID, you could try contacting the Help Center by following the link at the bottom of this page and see if the advisor can give further assistance.
