Pls help save file gone.
I am try to recover my save progress tought that it will be just fine as before i did , but it came nothing either conflict message box or even the user dave.

This seems to be the new bug or a new 'design' that player without multiple profile will not see the profile selecting (User Name) box any more.
Quick question please if I may, are your plants, in game resources and progress loaded up correctly?
If not, you will need your original player ID (the one with your old saved progress) to get help from EA Help Center.
no, just like start from beginning none of any plants, resources and progress loaded up correctly. I already sent my player ID to get my old saved progress hopefully can, I have two profile in this ID.
If you signed up for EA's email registration scheme then you can get a code to download your profile from the backup servers directly, which takes about 5 minutes.

Did you send EA your email address and they gave you 100 gems?
20 gem right now i think, yes i did. but it came out nothing either conflict identity message box or even the default profile "userdave". as you can see the image i uploaded there is no profile i can select.
As EA has your email address, tap on the cloud icon on the bottom left of your loading screen.
Tap on the register email address button, enter your email address (making sure that there isn't a blank space after the last letter if you used autofil).
EA should send you a code.
Enter it and they should restore your gamedata.
