Problems with EA Support

I have problem with EA Support. I don't have window to write. I have only this: [ Spoiler ] I can't send message... How to fix?

    @IlidanDAPlants Are you selecting the support option from in-game? it should open a window in your device browser, try clearing its cookies/cache and checking for updates.
