Neither myself or PowerToss know why EA HELP CENTER service sux, they've been telling us for years that they need the ORIGINAL player id number to restore a lost account so why they have started telling some players who have this important number they can't do so or provide a reasonable explanation for is something you should keep on asking them.
@MAGICDAVESHROOM I gave them my player ID and they said no data was found, seems fishy! If I can provide them screenshots back to pokra they should be able to see that I am highly leveled up and I had all my worlds completed except neon, I just don't know why they can't nor won't do it, I even got last weeks screenshot of my mints, money and diamonds! I'm so frustrated,I'm currently doing a back up of my iPhone 8 Plus to see if I put the old backup on again without wifi or data if it actually loads my progress, but I have a feeling it will not :/
