@PowerToss But as soon as you connect to play, the other profile comes back, that's the issue.. And it also makes you then chose between idenities, and I don't understand why I have 2 now...

@tommystarman My advice is that if you can get the old profile back off-line, it might worth (clearing out some storage space first if required) taking screenshots of your plants collection with their levels, coins, gems, mints and gauntlets. Should one day an EA advisor decides to restore your profile manually (not very likely but one can still hopes), at least you have the required details (evident and NOT guess work) to demand they to at least put things back to how they were and minimize your lost.
