Progress in the game
please help me restore my progress in the game, it disappeared after the update, all the instructions didn't help

The same thing happened to me about a week ago. I have given up on trying to open a case on the EA website, I followed all of the instructions but did not get anywhere. I assume that the update is to blame and that they would fix it, but nothing so far.
