Firstly you're another person who's posting your player id number on a public forum.
You have to tap "help" at the bottom of this page and the link will take you to EA HELP directly and you can make out a missing content report and ask them to issue you a new player id number at the same time.

Thanks for sharing. I made my first in game purchase since the entering the store bug hit in June 2021; was instantly sorry I did as it didn't unlock/credit the goo peashooter and 100 seed packets I purchased. Mad, I made my claim report hastier than I should have I see for best results.
