Purchase Problem
I bought a Wasabi whip for the current PVP, but after the transaction was completed, it shows "Pending", and it takes an eternity to load. I raised up an email to EA, but they redirect me here....
Thank you for the time you took to answer my question. It wasn't exactly what I had asked or was looking for, but I think it is kind you would consider the EA workers in India for all they are going through since Covid hit their country, and ask patience for them.
But I don't think the issue lacks it's own seriousness despite world events at large, especially since EA is a business for profit headquartered in Redwood, California in America, and I live in America and made my purchase here. We have commerce laws that an item can't be billed if it's not been shipped or delivered. They took my money, but did not ensure the delivery of the goods. It's been days now of playing email tag with 3 different employees at EA Help to get my purchase. I have been given no clear assurance that I will have it or have a refund of my money within so many days. I don't understand why I should be admonished to take being cheated of my money or my trust patiently as if it's not a crime regardless of what other issues may be going on in the world at the same time. It's EA's responsibility to make sure their business can deliver the goods they sale when they take the money in for it, not the rest of the world.
I've had two open cases with EA since mid-May for two Pea Vine bundles that I've never received. I can't get a resolution (I just want the bundles) and I no longer get a response to my inquiries as to the status of my cases. I'm now trying to reach them through Twitter. You are also supposed to tag them in posts here, but nothing happens.
That's terrible. I can understand wanting the electric pea for the game; I have it and it is neat to use. I wish you success getting what you paid for via Twitter. I had luck getting another company's attention better via their Twitter account rather than telling their staff in the store before about the problem.
But what about asking for you money back instead?
