If the issue still persists, I would suggest you to install the game application on a second device, or borrow a device with the game installed from a friend. 1)Attempt to play the game on your account on a friend’s device. It is very important you ensure you are logged into your account on another machine. 2)Attempt to play the game on a friend’s account on your own device. The results of these checks should give us the information we need to pinpoint where exactly the issue is occurring and we will then be able to advise you on what steps to take next. Once you have completed these tests, please get back and let us know how it goes. I look forward to your reply. |

I am/was having the same issue on a first generation iPad Air IOS 12.5.4. I moved to a iPad 6th generation IOS 14.8 - no issues, am able to play Arena mode with Power Vine without issues. There definitely appears to be an issue with the older IOS versions.

I agree that it appears as though it is older devices that have an issue, but their information on the App Store says my iPad is supported. I am able to play on my newer iPhone, but it did crash once yesterday in Arena play.
