PvZ 2 crashes in Arena with iOS 12.5.4. Hopefully EA sees this...

Hello Everyone!

Thanks for reporting this issue and sharing details, I have collected as much information as I could here to share with our team to look into this further.

So far it seems the crashes are mainly seen in Arenas and training on older iPad devices with version 12. 

I want to get as much info as possible to share with the team and if there are any updates I can do so here, if you have not already can you please post in this thread with the following information? 

  • Which device and iOS (or OS) version are you using while running into this issue?
  • Do you have another device to test to see if the issue persists on your account?
    • If so, does the issue persist, and which device and OS are you using?
  • When do you remember this issue first starting for you? 
  • Which modes, or areas of the game do you notice it crashing in?

    Now the crash is in Pokra Penny Pursuit since the first level with the carpet. After we finish the level it crashes and doesn't save that you cleared it so no way to advance.
