Pvz 2 game randomly resets; account data lost forever

Dear Ea,

I was logging into pvz 2 today when my account randomly reset. I thought that i had to update my game but when i did, my account still wasnt there. I went through the game tutorial until after level 2 in egypt when you can freely explore the world map. I have closed and reopened my game countless times. I do not know if this issue has happened to others, but i had a lot of progress that for some reason, i cannot recover even using my google play account. This is very annoying and i hope that my account can be recovered. If you have this issuse where your account is unrecoverable due to a random reset, please click "me too"

You need to contact EA to get your account by pressing the wrench, then press help.
It will take you to a webpage where you can file a report, do this under missing content.
you will need your player I D which you will find in download preferences.
Include a screenshot to show what is missing and your player ID

What was the email address that you sent the request to?
The EA Help page doesn't give me any options to speak with anyone except their AI bot.

I've been playing PVZ2 for over 12 yrs now and every time that i got a n ew phone,I didn't have a prob getting all my things back. For almost a year I've had to build everything back up bc when i reported it to EA with my player ID and version number, they couldn't or wouldnt get my things back. Last yesr, I had over 150 plants. I have been having to work extra hard to get a many back as I can. I even have proof with my Google purchsses of ALL the plants that I bought and they dont try to help...YES, I'M stupid to keep playing but as you see, I'm addicted...
