PvZ 2 Progress retrieve

Hey I wanted to play PvZ2 on my old mobile. I have the Player ID. And I have a question, is there any way to play at two devices but with the exact same progress ? Example: I complete 2 levels on first devices and when playing on the second it will have the same progress without doing this all over again. Oh and BTW my Google button is not there.
