PVZ 2 Save progress

Hello all.

I have a problem with my PvZ 2 Account. Last year when decided to install the game which i've played years ago, loaded the account, but since then i have hundreds or thousands of different profiles which doesn't make any sense. I've tried to re-install few times and it was same and same effect.

In the end i just gave up, decided to invest time and efforts into single profile. But besides i have reached a lot in the progress and wanted to make backup / save progress, made registration with which confirmed through my email, but i cannot synchronize the account anyhow.

I've asked for help from EA's support and they've told me:

" I would like to inform you that, we tried our best to restore the game progress with the player ID you shared with us. But sadly the account doesn't contain any progress as it seems to be a new account."

And right now i'm in some "hole". What can i do? I don't wanna lose all the progress which i've been building for 1 year.

    Okay, i've decided to risk, uninstalled the game, reinstalled but now when i launched cannot even sign-in. I have 2 accounts for some reason, one of them contains over 1000 profiles which is just absurd (dunno how it's even possible) and other one is just "New player".

    But i've noticed on the screen that this account with the progress doesn't support "EA Cloud Save".

    So, i guess situation is awkward... 

    I'm providing screenshots about the error and account. Whatever i choose, i'm keep getting the same error.

  • The problem is that i've uninstalled the game, re-installed and now i cannot even access to any ID or profile. Constantly i'm keep receiving this error "internet connection".
