Thanks for letting us know what you are seeing with PvZ2 Mobile, I wanted to take a moment to confirm if everyone is still running into this issue? If so can you see if any of the following steps help?
- Close the game and restart your device then relaunch
- Check for OS updates, then check if you have any game updates or see if you can get in
- Switch from Cell Data to Wifi (or vice versa), and ensure any VPN you have is disabled
- Make sure your Date/Time are correct on your device
If you keep seeing this issue would it be possible to get the following information and I can pass this on to the team?
- Device (OS version and Model)
- Which version of PvZ2 do you have
- The region you are playing from
- PvZ Player ID (a guide to locating can be found here)
