PVZ game keeps crashing upon Startup

I have tried every option so far and still doesn’t work. The app simply flashes as if it’s going to open and crashes. The flash last about a decimal of a sec. A literally “flash” open and close. I tried the settings with my user if and it shows blank. I had this for over 2 years so I really hate to lose everything and all the money I spent on it. 

Since I am on iPhone I didn’t think it would find a conflict. I signed into my ea account previously does that save progress?

Thanks yes I did restart. I thought ea would be able to fix it with my played id but I wasn’t sure. I just heard it wouldn’t restore but I guess with the player Id it would work. Thanks

Before you do a reinstall. Have you restarted your phone?

In case this doesn't work here is what you should do:

• Go to Settings -> PvZ2. 
• Under Player Info you should see your player ID. Take a screenshot of it. (Your player ID is not just the first lane but all 5 lanes).
• Delete and Reinstall the App

After reinstalling you should see an identifier conflict. Choose the correct profile.

Your player ID is necessary since EA can restore your profile in case anything goes wrong during reinstallation.
