This is a new one on me, i suggest you tap HELP CENTER at the bottom of the page and contact EA HELP CENTER directly, you will need to give them your player i.d. number and explain your problem, but they are the only pe9who can fix it.

Just one question out of curiosity: Is Bernie the Bee showing up in your Zen Garden?

I'd suggest to contact EA help center again (bottom of this page) and open a ticket "missing content"! Make sure not to report it as "a bug". Tell them that Bernie the Bee is missing in your Zen Garden, the timers don't work and what you already did to try to fix it.

Also, I have performed the instruction as mentioned but the issue still persists.
