PVZ2 11.9.1 reset problem

Does anyone else have a problem with the recent 11.9.1 update problem with PVZ2 where it just rested the entire game to the tutorial levels? My entire game just got rested to the tutorial levels and I heard no response back from the customer experience when I emailed them yesterday directly since for some odd reason their no option on the help website to even give the option to send a email about this problem. So does anyone have any other way to get their attention so this problem can be fix for everyone who also experience this too. (I'm sorry if I sound mad cause I was when this happened because I lost over 15 years of progress on this game)

    You’ll have to be patient.

    They don’t respond immediately.

    @Lambsy65  How long should we be patient, do you think?  I reported my lost progress Dec 9 and have followed up via chat and email every day with no response from anyone.  In the meantime, I, a daily player, am missing new plants, arena, etc. etc. and am staring at the possibility of years of play being gone forever. 

  • my game progress also lost after updating! I've been playing it for 6 years and I can't find any method to report the issue!

  • Now… everything it’s happening again with 11.9.1… it happened to me with the 11.7.1 update and now I lost everything again…

     
    What’s going on with your updates? It’s the second time this happens to me…

    everything is reseted and the entire game is back to the tutorial levels…

    I got attention after many many days and lost the possibility of playing for more than 30 days on a roll… lost the opportunity to collect plants, and rewards on all the daily activities… I’BEEN A LOYAL and paying customer for ELEVEN YEARS, have bought plants, and spent money for many many seasons; All the upgrades that I COULD afford and now everything is gone…. And NO support or feedback from you… you are not giving me answers… can’t upload photos on your system. Have 70/75 possible badges… just weeks pass by and no solutions… no feedback from you  my user its mlfons and my gaming info is:
