Just wanted to double check, if you re-install the game (either on the same device or a fresh device) you are assigned a new player ID. If you try to register the same email address you used before with the original ID, you will then be given an option to select that original ID and reload the old progress. This old saved progress could sometimes corrupt (from the server) but there also a backup on a separate server.
The advisor normally can copy the saved progress from the backup over to the main server with the correct player ID but in your case, it seems the data corruption is also with the backup as well since you have confirmed it did not work..

I am not sure why the backup file is also corrupted to the same state as the main server, it could be human error, it could also be system error but either way, you are the player who has lost many years of efforts and progress. May I ask have you made any cash purchase on premium plants and still have receipts for them or have you any screenshots of your in game currencies? I ask this just in case IF it is really not possible to retrieve your original progress then at the very least they could work out something towards your new ID.
