Yes, i have icloud backup I contacted apple first and they said after trying to restore it, to contact the vendor, well here I am still screwed with paid plants at level one so I deleted the game..
- @PowerToss yes, apple tried and then said contact the vendor, all i have been getting is copy and paste emails, gave them my phone number and no calls yet, I had one state they will get it restored, then off to another agent, smh!! Such a hassle when I purchased 11 plants now they are at level one, and I was always 1st - 4th in Jade league, my mints all leveled up to at least 7, no plants under level 5. I wish I had a number to them directly, but seems all the numbers I call no one answers me!!! I'm so furious, they even admitted a lot of users at the end of the last arena reported this loss of all info... Well I have screenshots because I used my iPad and iPhone on the same account, registered it via email and all. I had over 1100 gauntlets alone!!! I hope ea games sees this and fixes this, all my my worlds was complete but neon was halfway finished
- @PowerToss yes I have iCloud backup enabled but apple gave it their best shot, seems now I have 2 choices of profiles when I try to log in New Player and another one called Profile count 1

- @lawmfw OMG YES IT IS, I HAD MORE THAN I THOUGHT I DID, my second profile out of 4 I deleted I kept 2 profiles...

- @Republic_Trust I read others actually got theirs back before also, but where I'm thrown, how did I have 4 identities?
I am in the same position as you are word by word. Had iCloud back up on, data was lost suddenly and when I downloaded pvz2 on my iPhone X, the device it detects the original game with the league rank (iron, my father sometimes played Battlz) but only 5 plants and zero resources.
Just today they answered back saying that your data might be corrupted and for that reason they cannot do anything but provide compensation. I get the usual response that they have tried everything but cannot retrieve the data.
How exactly was your issue resolved and where can I find other accounts of people getting their progress back.
- @Republic_Trust Keep bugging them every hour, it took me 4 days!!! You will come across an agent that actually will help you. Mine found my original player ID and I had 4 profiles 🙂 Don't give up!! Email them back constantly, just keep replying to them. Once another agent picks it up, email them non stop, trust me you will go through a lot of agents!!!
