FWIW whenever I have gone at them on Twitter they are very responsive. Maybe because it's instant and public? I obviously can't guarantee anything but from my experience (3 times so far) they are more helpful on twitter and I also got the feeling I was dealing with someone who knew what they were talking about rather than the people who deal with you via EA Help
