PVZ2: EA Game Server storing Player Data
Is there any game servers from EA automatically storing PVZ2 player data, beside Google and Email?

Not sure I am 100% understood your question. EA run many servers to keep players' data, so your data is always saved (once you have connected of course).
Apart from player's ID, one of the method to link this saved data to your account is via your email, so in case your local data is corrupt or deleted, HELP CENTER staff can assist to recover your account.
