PVZ2 gems in daily activities

Hello,

I have completed my 8 activities and I am not getting my 25 gems. I hit claim and it doesn’t give them to me.

Plant of the week energy not filling
Energy starts at 0, and only refills if I leave the app open on the plant of the week. If I close the app or go to a different menu on the app, it goes back to 0. At this rate, it would take 5 hours ...
