PVZ2: Getting back lost progress only with player id
Is it possible to get back my lost progress ONLY with my player id (without any email or google registered)?

Yes it is, tap help at the bottom of the page and make a missing content report, HOWEVER, the player id must be the one associated with your missing account, many players have lost their accounts for no apparent reason but the game automatically issues a new one that is entirely useless.
EA HELP can't/ won't look up the correct player id number.
