@DN221337 Did it create a case.? Summit the form again and supply screenshots of of your I D and the a screenshot showing that you have lost all your coins gems etc.
Where exactly should the answer come? The only thing that was sent to the email was that how satisfactory the answer was, but the answer did not come to the mail. There is an application on the site, on which I click, an application opens in which it says that the player is waiting, but there is no one to answer, just resume or close the application, if you click to resume, then the form will simply open, where can I find the answer that was sent to me?
