Pvz2 lost progress with new phone

I got a new phone a couple weeks ago and during the conversion, my entire game progress was lost.  I linked my email a year ago, but now when I log in, it not only doesn't have my player name anymore...

    @Mamaleguas If the EA advisor you connected to can't help, try a new one, until you find one that knows how to restore lost game data using your Player ID.
