PvZ2 missing coins

Question

Hi, while I was playing I suddenly went from 1,800,000 coins to 305,000 just by changing the screen, the mints went from 400 to more than 1200 and the gems from 5,000 to 6,000. I don't understand what happened, even Penny's stock fuel went crazy, it is at 300/15. The email is correct, the cloud linked to google is connected and there are all the trophies I have unlocked. I have already asked for assistance on ea.help (not from the game) indicating it as missing content. I sent the screen of the changes and the screen of my ID from 2 years ago where you can still see the coins, gems and mints more or less as they were until a few hours ago. I've also opened the game now and the situation is unchanged, has anyone else the same problem and EA restored the number of gems, coins and mints?

Similar, coins from 1,9M to 181K. Some mints and gems added. Even Pennys perk progression shows 300/112, which is impossible, cause when 112 is reached, it cant get any higher…

My coins haven't been affected (yet), by my perks progression doubled to 200+ after one of the crashes. Once I went from having 110% and just waiting for zomboss and then it zeroed out after a crash.&nbsp; Another time it was 20%, crashed, and when I went back in it was up over 100%. Whatever is causing the crashing nightmare on Android is, it's causing a lot of other wacky problems. I'm voting for "these dingdongs don't know which data to write where"&nbsp;

EA answered and say that they having outage tools problem (??) therefore they can't to revolve my problem at the moment and to recontact them after 24 hours, try to write you too, so much people have the same ours issues even last week, server freaking out for this bug. Don't delete your game data, those are the same, it's just exploitable thing like coins, Penny fuel, arena's crown, etc that are touched by this bug&nbsp;

Thank you for the reply, EA hasn't responded yet I don't know if they will solve this problem, other people also have the same problem with the multiplicator bug, but I don't know if they were ignored by the developer or what. One thing is sure: this game is drunk&nbsp;

Hey everyone,There are a couple of issues on Plants vs Zombies 2 at the moment:- Crashes and freezes- Account issues (lost progress)- Items and currencies keep increasing or decreasing for no apparent reasons- As Sbongoyee mentioned, there is an issue with the tool that advisors are using to grant back items, so it seems they won't be able to assist with missing content at the moment.The teams are aware of those issues and are working on a fix. Apologies for the inconvenience!
