I have the same trouble except i have a mac so my situation is worse.
If anyone has windows, they can just download the latest bluestacks2 version and it might work.
bluestacks for mac is stuck since last year and an update isn't planned.
google plus considers bluestacks as a Samsung SM-G900F phone, what would be a solution which may work for that phone?
