The more I think about it the angrier I get, I wasted time watching ads and paid real money to get those gauntlets.
just happened again after testing it again. Sure enough, at around 5 seconds left, with 500k points versus my opponent’s 200k points, it crashed.
Try restarting your phone, it does things like purging ram and clearing fragments of previously running apps as well as restarting app.
You might not get a response if you shout at them, i think EA HELP is an Indian call center operation and India has been hit hard by covid recently.
There have also been a LOT of players complaining about shop purchases in the past few months and many players are still waiting for refunds or their in app purchases to come through.
