Re: 100 seeds not unlocking bombard-mint
All Power Mints, with the exception of Enlighten-mint, are not seedium, what this means is, similar to cash premium plants, seed packets will only be used for upgrading not unlocking.
To be able to unlock the mint plant, you will need to buy the mint plant itself with 100 mint tokens when the plant itself is available from the store.
