Re: 7 Win Streak then reset?

Unfortunately, this hasnt been fixed yet.. this is annoying and i guess there is no point of wasting gauntlet for 7 looping streak. This game is starting to get boring... u lost all the time and efforts spent because of this crappy upgrade.

    So I guess the bottom line here is that it is pretty much a waste to spend gems to maintain a streak?

    correct

    the milestone rewards seem a bit weak to me and you have to play so long just to get any Zoybean seed packets ??

    The Zoybeanz seed packets didn't start off too bad then the jump to 500 crowns came and even worse the next jump to 1000. You have to win a hundred games to reach that milestone! 

  • I dont think this is a bug, but game plan. If this is, it should be fixed long time ago. It’s indeed a waste paying 20 gem to maintain streak up to 7.. even waste fir a gauntlet where you couldnt replenished without spending 150 gems. Anyway here is the update from EA. 100% of my friends are having the same issue.. i wonder if new comer (new profile / account) has the same prob....

    Anthony, you're not the only one affected as of now -- We're on it! We want to get this fixed as swiftly as possible as we know how frustrating it is to not receive the content.

    The good news is we are actively working on investigating this for everyone that is affected. As of this moment, due to the unforeseen nature of this, I don't have an estimated time or specifics for a fix.

    I have, however, logged your case as such for an occurrence of this.

    For now, there is currently no workaround I can suggest. In the meantime, we will continue working hard behind the scenes to identify, fix and release a potential address for this issue.
    Do not be alarmed when reading this email that the case will be closed for now. We most certainly have not forgotten about you, we simply require a little more time to deal with this issue.

    I know you may be eager for updates (as would I) so for that please keep an eye on our forums and social media going forward.

    This is to recap, we've asked for your patience until our concerned team finish their investigation and find a fix.

  • According to Haem the old rewards system will not return.  I agree with her that they let it run too long !! 

  • I agree but what is annoying, EA customer support still claiming they are working on it. They could simply tell us it wont come back and there is a new reward system whether we like it or not. It’s been awhile so i guess, we’ll just put this to rest and continue having fun.
  • Good thinking. Vote with your pocketbook/purse/wallet by not spending any more on PvZ2.  For now that is my way to send a message back.  I was going to purchase a few more plants but now I refuse to.  BattleZ Season rewards are not worthy of any further investment.  I still enjoy Adventure Mode and do not need World or Premium plants for that.
