If so, can I check if you've restarted your device recently? If not, can you try doing this then check the game again?

Did you manage to fix this problem? This happened to me today but it happened overnight. and i don't know what to do. Haven't even update any version. Have restarted my device, everything working fine except the lack of ads for gems, gauntlets etc
Same issue here. Restarted the game and the device several time, still no adds. It's pretty annoying. If it doesn't get solved, I think i'll just stop playing as there's no other way to earn extra coins, battles and diamonds ☹️

How come that is a solution? That the ads started working again without doing anything?
- Perhaps you didn't read the article carefully enough. It tells you to do 3 different things, none of which are insignificant or easy the first time. It says
Clear your memory cache
Reset your Google advertising ID
Do a hard restart on your device
THAT is why it is an accepted solution.
