What you have purchased from the shop are the seed packages for the power mint and power mints are not Seedium (except Enlighten-mint, the sun mint), what this means is they are NOT unlocked with seeds but the power mint (plant) itself.

So if you have not yet purchased the Power Mint itself, it will not be unlocked because all you have purchased so far are the seeds packages, which, allows you to upgrade the mint (plant) after it is unlocked. Yes, this does mean you will need to buy the power mint (plant) itself at a cost of 100 mint (tokens) when it is available in the future.

Normally, only one power mints is featured and available to purchase in the shop, sometimes with 2 when overlapping occurs. Currently, the power mint available is Spear-Mint.

There is a special event known as an Improve-mint event, this is when all power mints are available from the shop at the same time.

I can understand this is not what you (and all new players) wish to find out, but I hope this explanation helps to clear up some of your confusions.

I have the same problem.

As shown in my images, I purchased SEED PACKETS instead of the plant itself, thinking that those packets will unlock the plant (in this case, Fila-mint).

So, I should grind out results in the arena then?

Yes, and you will need to do it quick as the mint is only available for 4 more days and will disappear again for a long while.
