@christolavoie Nothing prevents you from playing previous levels. If you think you're on lvl 3 then trying playing that again. What happens when you click on the green light for lvl 5?

@linuxPigPen The thing is I can’t touch, use, click on anything except the button to the top left of the screen. It simply won’t let me do anything. So that’s why I’m kinda stuck and looking for help or maybe an update or a button “continue”. ‘Cause live I just can’t do anything at all. I can do the jar game mode and arena and that’s mostly it.
- @christolavoie Let's try eliminating the easy things first. EA no longer supports certain Android and Apple operating systems. What device are you playing on and what version OS?
Well… tried to delete then download again then use the same account but nothing changed.
Just made the update iOS 14.7.1 on iPhone 5.

@christolavoie It's a know bug that happens when you open the Almanac before completing Ancient Egypt Day 5. I'm stuck in this state on three profiles. Unfortunately, this bug can't be fix. The only way is to start a new save (make a new account). Reinstalling won't help. I would suggest to start over again. Don't worry about the plant(s) you bought. After you started a new account you can go to settings (wrench icon) and tap on 'Restore purchases'. Make sure to complete level 6 of Ancient Egypt before doing anything else...then you won't get stuck again.

@PowerToss But if I bought gems and got a starter with plants amelioration, how can I get them back? Or can I refund?
