@Saeed_blover There will be an update for both ios and Android when EA have fixed the bugs that are in the 8.4.1 update that has been soft released to a small number of Android users.
It's still not in my google playstore and i don't have a new map.

@Saeed_blover They say they will try to give an answer within 48 hours, this is during normal times.
There is currently a worldwide pandemic and we think EA help is an indian call center so we don't know how many staff are available.
Contact them again and quote the case number and ask them to resolve your missing 150 blooming heart seeds.
- @Saeed_blover Excusing me for saying this...but maybe big shroom is too polite, but you are a moaning little blover. If you play the game long enough, you will know what plant is coming up in Penny's pursuit. None of us players here work for EA and magicshroom is not employed to answer all and every single concerns and questions you have. So please stop demanding him to respond to a certain post and question because he also have a life and is not a machine.

@Saeed_blover You can't delete a thread once it's started as far as i know unless you have administrative access which we don't have, however you can edit your own individual posts if you want to change what you said.
If you have a question feel free to ask but please try not to create more threads if possible.
A lot of new threads are repeated by players who assume they are the only ones with a certain problem and they don't bother checking the rest of the forum for similar problems that may have already been solved.
Many players have had your problem with various seedium plants, and the only remedy is to hassle EA HELP until they fix it.
@Saeed_blover We think EA HELP is an indian call center, but English is their second language and i presume the ability to communicate in English is a job requirement.
They also deal with many other languages.
I don't know how many languages EA HELP deal with in total as they split the world up into regions and presumably have their own languages in different help centers,
but you chose to ask for help on an English language forum and deal with EA HELP in English.
If you tap on the link below (http://help.ea.com/en/) it has en as part of the address.
If you check out the list of supported languages they are all European, this is because myself and most of the other users are in EA's European region and perhaps you might have your own regional EA HELP CENTER using your own language.
Your complaint is a common one, and even though you don't have screenshots as proof, it should have been easily dealt with long ago.
1.yes it does have to be the same account that you won those blooming heart seeds for.
2.i write the player id number down, you can send them a picture as well if you want.
Because it is very long i copied my player id number down and put it in an email and sent it to myself so all i have to do is open the email and copy and paste the number.
3. If you go to your case if they haven't heard back from you they will close the case and you will have to reopen it. (See screenshot)
They sometimes close cases without doing anything anyway so you have to start again and hope you get a better helper.
@Saeed_blover i assume so, they can check your account from the player id number you gave them and see how many crowns you won and how many blooming heart seeds you were awarded.
If you gave them the wrong number they probably assume you were lying to get extra seeds.
@Saeed_blover When it says it's waiting for the player means they have asked you a question and are waiting for a response from you.
What did they ask you?
It can't hurt to send a screenshot of your player id number with your complaint, it's not like you're posting it publicly.
Getting a response by mail from EA HELP is a new one from me.
All any player has to do is do in your situation is to make out a missing content report, give them the correct player id number and any helpful screenshots proving your case.
Perhaps you should contact them
again and make out a new complaint and include a link to this thread.
@Saeed_blover i have created another case to ask them to give you your missing seeds, i don't know what will happen so we will have to wait and see.
- @MAGICDAVESHROOM I think they kinda give up- maybe its the lack of screenshot and proof and then also the whole issue of wrong player id initially. And with so many requests now, they probably think its spam now...
