Same for me.

When the EoN PP started 2 days ago I completed one level of all 5 challenges. I log in the next day and it says I've done all 3 levels of each challenge. So I've missed out on a ton of rewards. I contacted EA help who said it sounded like a sync error and gave me a link to a generic EA help page which as far as I could see told me nothing about problems with syncing. I'm really not very technically minded at all so I've given up and I'll just write it off as bad luck. 

If it happens in the next PP too I'll probably just stop playing!
