@MsAgnessa To be able to upgrade the plant, you will need to own it first.
Missile Toe is cash premium plant which is available during special occasion so if you missed the offer then you will have to wait for while for its return. It is currently available from the Store under the 'Special' section.
I wish EA/PopCap is taking note that this new Almanac design needs improving, at least back to the previous use of colour pad lock to indicate the plant type, Golden lock for $$$ plants and Silver pad lock for world plant and sedum plants and gem is for Gemium plants.
