Re: Cannot claim completed event tasks

I'm using my iPhone SE iOS Version 16.3.1 to play. Fortunately, I didn't have to delete the game and sign back in. I just waited for couple days and today when I click the "Claim All" button, I was able to gather both my rewards.

Guess this solves my problem to wait patiently for about 2 weeks until the rewards are working again. I appreciate the help from both @katexyz123 and @EA_Cath . This was almost nerve wrecking to miss those rewards but in the end, it takes time to get it working again! 😃
