If you contact EA help through the help center (below) and give them your player i.d. then the might be able to restore your old profile from their backups.

Is the player ID the one that is set upon the start of game, the one where you type your name in?
After a year I kind of forget what that was.
Does Google ID help then?

Maybe both can work but I guess that you don't remember your ID number so just try with your nickname.
As for Google ID, I have no clue tbh.

At the start screen tap the spanner 🔧 then build version and it will be there.
I doubt very much that Google play can help.

The player i.d. tells them exactly who you are and makes life easy for them. They will still have your name and email and such things like date of birth that they asked you for when you set up your account so if you persist then they should still be able to reinstate your old profile. Just keep on trying.

And tell them that you already talk about this on here and there are nothing more we can do.
Just in case...you never know with support lately...
